1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zapin ("Platform"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Zayto India ("Company", "we", "us"), the legal owner and operator of Zapin. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable guidelines, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Cloud API Terms.

2. WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance

Users of Zapin must strictly comply with:

• Meta WhatsApp Commerce & Business Policies: You agree not to send spam, unsolicited promotions, prohibited goods/services, or deceptive content.
• Opt-In Requirements: You must maintain clear consent and opt-ins from end-users before initiating marketing or utility conversations.
• Opt-Out Respect: You must respect user opt-out requests (e.g., "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE") immediately.

3. Service Availability and Rate Limits

Zapin routes messages through Meta's Cloud API infrastructure. Message throughput, template approvals, and quality tier limits are governed by Meta's API specifications.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any workspace found violating Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policies or engaging in malicious spam broadcasting.
